At Transparency Therapy, as a Social Worker, I grow with every client I collaborate with in their journey. I work closely with immigrants/refugees, enhancing coping with emotional needs, building social support. My experience in the Social Work field has extended on all age groups.
I offer 1:1 support , couple and family support to individuals or families to address mental health; stress, anxiety and depression. I support diverse clientele with post-immigration stress, gaining further insight into how to enhance integration and build resilience in a new community. Coping with End of Life and Grief support also key in my practice.
