I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over ten years of experience in mental health and addictions. I draw from IFS, SFT, CBT, and DBT, with a focus on safety, curiosity, and change that lasts. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Mental Health Counsellor within hospital settings across Toronto and Durham.
