| Français I'm a Certified Play Therapy Supervisor and a Social Worker. My area of expertise is working with children and youth. But I also work with adults and families. The main issues I typically would work on would be anxiety, depression, coping skills, trauma, etc. I offer support around behaviors, school issues, parenting, and mental health.
My main approaches would be CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, Progressive Counting, Internal Family Systems, art-based therapy and Play Therapy. I am a Certified Play Therapy Supervisor. I also do a lot of work with the LGBTQ+ community and I am also certified by WPATH and CPATH to write gender reassignment letters.
My objective in working with a client is to build a plan based on their goals to improve the quality of their lives. I've been worked in the school system in Saint John for 10 years and I'm used to the daily commotion of children and teenagers. I provide a confidential and non-judgemental environment to explore possibilities through people's journey.
