Hello and welcome. I'm so glad you are here! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and founder of Peach Door Counselling, a small but mighty rural counselling group practice. Maybe you are experiencing mental health distress in your life, such as postpartum challenges, relationships, work/life balance, personal worth and self-esteem, depression and anxiety, and more. You want a space to feel validated, seen and heard, and express yourself free of judgment. You want to dig deep into root issues and patterns. I specialize in perinatal work (preconception, infertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum, relationships), women's issues, family-of-origin work, and trauma. I am a partner to a first responder, and mom of two, with lived experience of postpartum depression and prenatal anxiety. Before opening my practice I was a School Counsellor in a K-12 school.
