I help clients identify and work toward their specific goals to address a wide range of issues, including; anxiety, depression, addictions, life transitions, personal and work-related stress, relationship conflict and distress, separation, reconciliation, relationship building, and recovery from childhood and adult trauma. My approach is confidential, friendly and non-judgmental; facilitating happier, healthier, more engaged, relaxed and satisfying lives. I provide psychotherapy and counseling for people of all sexual orientations and cultural backgrounds, couples and families.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. I have formal training in several therapeutic disciplines and over 25 years experience; listening, being present, using brief and long term therapies, couples therapies, EMDR, CBT, body-centered therapies, compassionate mindfulness, strategies for self-care and life coaching.
Thanks for checking out my profile. My practice is currently at capacity. I am happy to set up sessions for returning clients and for clients who are referred by a colleague who has checked my availability. I am currently meeting with clients only online and use SecureVideo. Daytime and evening and Saturday appointments are available.
