When life's challenges become overwhelming it can drain us emotionally, cause meaningful relationships to deteriorate, and take much of the enjoyment out of our lives. Connecting for a conversation with a compassionate, non-judgmental professional can be a great way to get back on track. I enjoy working collaboratively and creatively with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I utilize trauma-based, culturally-sensitive approaches, and I aim to provide useful insights to help you maximize your strengths and abilities, heal from your traumas, and live a happier, more fulfilled life.
Though I do have significant experience and expertise with mental health and addictions, trauma, and relationship issues, I strongly believe the relationship between practitioner and client is the primary factor in determining positive therapeutic outcomes. For this reason I prioritize building trusting, supportive therapeutic alliances with all my clients.
Reaching out can be difficult. Regardless of your concerns I truly appreciate being trusted enough for you to share your story with me. I believe we can find meaning in the challenges you've faced and overcome any obstacles to achieving your goals. Feel free to contact me for a free 20 minute initial consultation prior to booking your first session.
