We all struggle at times and I know first-hand how impactful compassion and support from a skilled counsellor can be. During difficult times in our lives we need people in our corner who believe in us. It was my personal experience with some very kind and compassionate counsellors that led me to the helping profession.
I have had the privilege and opportunity to work with and support children, youth and families experiencing challenges such as parenting, relationship issues, mental health and addiction struggles.
