Everyone has a life story, and as a therapist, I love listening to people's stories. Whether yours has themes of anxiety, depression, grief, loss, the effects of trauma, or something entirely different, I am here to truly hear you and help you. I work primarily with adolescents (16+) and adults. I have a special interest in working with high-performing athletes, helping them to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, motivation, and mindfulness and relaxation, to ultimately assist them in achieving optimal performance. Warning: My level of authenticity is 100%, and I have been known to drop expletives in session!

So, how do I help? I provide a space where you can tell your story in all of its heart-breaking and imperfect detail without fear of criticism or judgment. I ask questions to promote insight and self-reflection. I offer an unbiased perspective. I provide education. I teach coping skills to build resilience; and perhaps most importantly, I CARE about you.
