I specialize in helping people navigate their difficult emotions. I also have extensive experience working with body shame and people pleasing tendencies.
I especially find it meaningful working with folks who have had a difficult childhood. This can include emotional and physical neglect. I can help you unpack how your childhood may be influencing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in your present day life.
I incorporate thought-provoking questions, metaphors, and connect you to your values to gain clarity about yourself. I will call you out if your behaviours do not align with your values. We will also share some laughs (Dark humour IS allowed in our space) because laughter is healing.
