My clinical experience has given me the opportunity to understand and successfully work with various trauma-related emotional and mental impacts like post-traumatic stress reactions (PTSR). I have spent 15 years guiding individuals out of past and present hurtful and traumatic life experiences. I have witnessed many people thrive and restore their lives. I use a variety of integrative therapeutic modalities and techniques that renew both the mind and body. I am certified in EMDR and have obtained numerous certificates that allow me to effectively work with complex trauma reactions.
I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, memories, feelings, and body reactions, rapid changes in mood, addictive and relational challenges, and experiences of grief, shame, low self-worth, fear, anger, confusion, and guilt among other issues. Also, I work with people who have experienced gender-based violence.
