I have 20 years in the field of mental health and addictions and expertise in anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, sleep issues, body image and disordered eating, personality disorders, anger issues, self-harm, suicide, grief and loss, chronic pain and ADHD. I use a cognitive behavioral approach commonly in my work with individuals and couples and families.
I practice from a client centered, harm reduction, strengths based focus. Gaining further insight and perspective taking enhanced as we partner together to explore your areas of concern and choose paths to enhance your health and wellbeing and embark on the change process with an attitude of positivity and hope.
