I have over ten years of experience and I really care about my clients. I love doing this work and I believe we all have the capacity to heal if we can gently find the root of the issue. I specialize in relationships and trauma - relationships with others, your career, or inner struggles that keep you stuck. I use attachment theory, somatic therapy and working with the unconscious mind to explore intimacy, abandonment, and patterns in relationships. I also work with addiction, anxiety, stress and burnout.
Somatic therapy works with the brain and body to heal wounds that keep us stuck in negative patterns. When I combine somatic and talk therapy it allows us to go deep, usually with quicker results. What we do is always up to the client. I can also help with low self-esteem, eating disorders, feelings of loneliness/emptiness and confusion about life choices.
Focusing on cultivating safety in a non-judgemental space is very important to me so that we can go deep together. I value people's beliefs and the courage it takes to go to therapy.
