About
Feeling alone? Living with guilt and shame? Life filled with stress and worry? Managing your challenges on your own? Feeling like no one understands? Emotions managing your life? We can all benefit from from help to access our inner strengths and abilities. My role as a therapist is to care, support and assist individuals and families to look for ways to resolve personal challenges that impact their daily lives and ability to cope. I enhance my clinical skills with respectful curiosity about the client's strengths and resilience, all the while adhering to the social work code of ethics.
I am also a Compassionate Inquiry Licensed Practitioner. We are the experts of our lives and the drivers of our destiny! Working with children, youth, adults, couples, and families in hospitals, private practice, community organizations and school boards, utilizing a variety of evidence based practices with respective curiosity and genuine caring.
Sitting together as human beings, connecting with someone who is willing to listen, build a relationship, show genuine care, without judgements is one way to expand understanding of yourself towards alleviating different emotions such as anxiety, sadness, or anger. My smile is one way that shows you I care !
