I am a Registered Social Worker providing counselling for children, teens and adults in Owen Sound and across Grey Bruce. While life can often throw us challenging situations, you don't have to face them alone. Regardless of who you are or what you bring, I work to meet each person with respect and genuine curiosity.

I use many different types of therapy to help people, including ways to understand feelings, connect with the body, and look at personal stories. I also use approaches that focus on strengths and safety. Together, we can look at patterns in your life, learn new ways of thinking, and build simple tools to help you feel calmer and more in control each day.
