Life has a way of hitting us with experiences that can feel overwhelming and exhausting. I believe therapy should be a safe and compassionate place to land when life feels difficult. I am a Registered Social Worker providing counselling for children, teens and adults in Owen Sound and across Grey Bruce. My work encompasses supporting children as they navigate big feelings, youth as they explore their identities and goals, and adults as they work through the challenges of everyday life.
My approach is collaborative and client-centred, respecting each person’s unique experiences and identities.  I approach every individual with care and genuine curiosity, regardless of their background or circumstances. When words feel limiting, I am comfortable incorporating creative approaches to support expression and understanding.
