Welcome to Renewed Hope Counselling Services. It is my HOPE that you will find what you need in this part of your life journey through seeking support for whatever challenge you are facing. My name is Alyssa Jackson and I am a mental health therapist specializing in individual therapy. I come with 19 years of professional experience in the field and have life experiences that allow me to have empathy, understanding, insight, patience and encouragement for helping others through challenging and emotionally draining times. I have lived experiences that have allowed me to learn, grow, change and have RENEWED HOPE
I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and have training in: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Gottman Couples Method Recognizing and Responding to Suicide Risk Trauma Informed Practices
