I'm Tammy Lalonde, and I'm passionate about helping adults, couples, and families navigate the challenges that hinder them from living their best lives. With thirty years of experience in social service and education, I strive to help clients achieve their counseling goals. By utilizing innovative, evidence-based therapy techniques, I work collaboratively with clients to set realistic objectives and create effective strategies for meaningful change.
I offer a safe and caring space for clients so reach out to me. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, family mediation, grief, and loss, and the transition to retirement. I provide appointments virtually, by telephone, and walk and talk.
