Sunspring Counselling specializes in psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and parents' own healing journey. As your therapist I offer wisdom from extensive training and experience with children, adolescents, and adults over the past 15 years. My practice is attachment and trauma focused, and integrates EMDR, Circle of Security, experiential therapies, family work, Structural Dissociation Theory, internal parts work, Mindfulness, and mind-body interventions.
Together we shall work toward enhanced understanding and connection with oneself and others. We can uncover one's authentic path to healing past wounds and supporting personal development and performance.
