My approach to therapy is to provide a safe environment to gain the clarity of the changes that you'd like to see in your life. My goal is to hold the space for you, to be there, to be the safe place to explore the unknown and ultimately to help you make the changes you want - whether it means ending relationships, healing from trauma, or determining next steps to personal growth.

I am drawn to helping and supporting all couples and individuals ages 25yrs.+, based on my own professional and personal life experiences. I am a Level 2 Imago Therapist and work with couples wanting a higher level of intimacy, understanding and connection. I am trained in Level II CBT and am an ally to LGBTQ persons.

If you're new to the experience of therapy, I will definitely go at your pace and start where you're at and together we can make a plan that will help you get to where you want to go.
