Using somatic therapy, EMDR, IFS, EFT, and attachment-based work, I offer trauma-informed approaches and meet you where you are. Because healing takes being with what’s there, not getting over it.
You don’t need to have it all figured out on your own. Together, we can explore what’s feeling stuck, support the changes you’re longing for, and guide you back to a deeper sense of connection with yourself. We’ll work to integrate the mind and body, unwind the patterns that no longer serve you, and gently return to a place of wholeness and ease.
