My aim as a therapist is to work with you in a way that is collaborative and honours your deepest desires. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that incorporates therapies like ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Narrative Therapy to help support you along the way as we work through challenges and towards your goals.
I offer sessions online across Ontario & in-person in Guelph. My normal availability is Monday to Friday with a mix of day and evening sessions.
