Are you looking for a space for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect? In our work together, you won’t be told who to be or what decisions to make. Instead, we’ll explore what matters most to you—your values, your strengths, your patterns and the experiences that have shaped you. Do you also enjoy fresh air and spending time in nature? You can choose the session format that feels most supportive—indoor, outdoor or online—and shift formats over time as your needs evolve. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover the clarity, resilience and insight that already exists within you.
Nature sessions may include gentle walking, mindfulness or sitting outdoors to encourage grounding. Primarily rooted in ACT, I use an integrative approach, thoughtfully blending evidence-based modalities to help you move towards what matters most in your life. You set the direction; I offer structure, tools, reflection and steady support—en français aussi!
Together, we will: Create space for difficult thoughts & emotions; strengthen self-awareness & self-trust; clarify your values & direction; build practical, sustainable coping skills; take meaningful, values-aligned action. Everyone is welcome, including 2SLGBTQI+, Queer, and Indigenous communities. Accepting new clients, individual adults and couples!
