I help children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, school difficulties, ADHD, social skills difficulties or have challenges regulating intense emotions and behaviour. While working with children, I assist their parents/caregivers and provide them with tools to support their loved ones, improving the quality of life of the entire family.

My therapeutic approach involves warmth, authenticity, empathy, and encouragement of reflection that leads to change. As your and your child’s guide, I will help you process emotions, trauma, and life challenges in a safe environment. I am a compassionate listener who will use the most appropriate professional tools to support you and your family.
