Whether you are experiencing a difficult life transition or simply just feel stuck, it is imperative that you understand that your needs, not mine, will always be at the forefront of our time together. Regardless of your reason for embarking on this journey, my role is to be right there along side you, guiding and encouraging but never leading. I will always look to you as the expert in your own life.

Even though I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, first and foremost, I am a person-centred practioner: empathy and unconditional positive regard will always remain at the heart of our counselling relationship. I will never enter into a session with a pre-planned agenda and you and I together, will plan and create next steps.
