I strive to work from a place that is gentle, curious, and when appropriate sprinkled with some humour. I offer a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and unwind from the stressors in your life. We'll team up to identify what kinds of things are impacting your day to day and how to best address them. I'll support you in figuring out how to improve your relationship with yourself and others.
As a neuroqueer therapist, my approach is person centred, anti-oppressive, and trauma informed.
My experiences lie in supporting people working through gender and sexual identity struggles, navigating realities of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world, trauma and C/PTSD, personality and mood disorders, eating disorders and disordered eating, body image, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
I offer a free complimentary meet and greet where you can get the chance to see if the vibe is right before deciding if I'm the right person to support you in your mental health journey. I'm flexible with having sessions in person, virtually, or phone and have evening availability. Please let me know if you require accommodations to access services with me!
