Accepting New Clients.... I meet individuals where they’re at, and help them get to where they want to go! I believe healing is possible, and that negative life experiences do not have to go on controlling the future. I offer client-centred counselling and mediation services to individuals (adult/youth), couples and families. Whether it is negotiating difficult life situations, managing anxiety (worry/fear), anxiety-based school refusal, depression, anger, stress, relationships, parent-teen mediation or navigating co-parenting during separation or divorce, I will adapt my approach to meet your personal goals.
I believe that the foundation to successful therapy rests in the relationship between counsellor and client. As a result, I strive to develop a positive working relationship that is based on mutual respect, openness and honesty, so that you can feel safe and speak openly about your thoughts and feelings.
