Relationships are at our core, and understanding ourselves oft through the lens of difficult relationships help us learn how to be more compassionate, nurture self-love, be better communicators, and to create more trust and belief in oneself. Inner Child: Discovering the Magical Child Within
Be a part of this 4-week group, that runs once a month on a Tuesday evening. In this group, you will discover the magical, playful, spiritual child within. You will discover your Little person's dreams, emotions, divine wisdom and learn how to nurture his/her spirit. In my therapy work, we usually only focus on the wounded child within, but Group work with the Magical child is very powerful, as all our "Littles" get to play.
