I have extensive counselling experience working with a wide range of clients, supporting them in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, anger and addiction. I also have experience supporting clients who have been victims of domestic violence or abuse. For 16 years, I have volunteered working with groups of adolescents and young adults, helping them through life stage transitions and developing healthy relationships and social skills. I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, and I feel comfortable in offering faith-based counselling when requested.
I integrate techniques from a variety of counselling approaches to provide a unique and personalized experience. My clients are navigated towards insightful yet practical reflections. I love technology and enjoy reflecting with clients about its effects on our society, in particular concerning social interactions, concentration and addiction.
