My passion is to walk with people as they navigate through difficult and confusing times. My multidisciplinary education in science, philosophy, religion, psychology and psychotherapy allows me to look at the person and their life from a holistic perspective. Sometimes we need counseling because we are stuck and don’t know how to move forward. Other times we need it to learn healthy skills to prevent us from falling into some difficult and stressful situations. Whether you’re dealing with depression, an addiction, a relationship conflict or a variety of other issues, I’d love to assist you understanding and resolution.
Using a variety of modalities, like Schema Therapy, I help clients on their path to live more fulfilling lives. I focus on the root cause of issues instead of the symptoms only. I help clients to come up with sustainable resolutions that are effective both in the short term and in the long term.
