I am extensively trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy that has all the skills you'll need to enhance present day functioning. I am a Certified EMDR therapist & a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, which are very effective & evidence-based therapies for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Substance Use, Chronic Pain & Eating disorders.

I am an EMDR Approved Consultant, CRPO Supervisor and an IFS informed EMDR Certified Consultant. I have set an affordable rate for consultation and supervision. EMDR group consultation focuses on support with formulating strong case conceptualizations, assessing readiness for EMDR Therapy, ensuring fidelity to the EMDR procedural steps and knowing when to modify EMDR protocols. Additionally, we will have discussions around screening for Dissociative Disorders and doing parts work to treat dissociation. I will support you in applying EMDR Therapy with Complex PTSD and special cases and discussing transference/ counter-transference issues that can happen. Hours will count towards EMDR Certification. Group will run when there's demand. Affordable rate available.
