Are you looking to strengthen your relationships? Do you want to understand yourself better? When you are in nature do you feel rejuvenated? For nearly 20 years I have been providing individual, couple, and family therapy. I also provide clinical supervision for therapists. I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist & Approved Supervisor/Mentor with CAMFT. In addition to my clinical training and experience, my specialty is including nature in the work. For some that could be addressing eco anxiety concerns, for some that could be having a phone session while walking in a forest.
As both a therapist and clinical supervisor for other therapists I am collaborative and strength based. I bring warmth, intelligence, open-mindedness, and creativity into this work. I am an outdoor enthusiast and a proud mom of two children. I invite you into this healing space.
If you are looking for in person sessions, I offer outdoor sessions in a natural setting. Located 30 minutes South of Guelph, 20 minutes North of Hamilton and Burlington. We can integrate nature into our conversations and pause to connect and listen deeply. Mother Earth is a powerful co-therapist!
