Meditation and Mindfulness Groups
I have been teaching meditation classes for 7 years. My meditation and mindfulness groups are four week groups that run for 1.5 hours a week. During the classes I teach 11 different meditations and mindfulness activities, providing participants a full range of meditation practices to choose from. The group provides instant feedback, and supports members in between groups with the use of an app that allows me to coach you daily.
