As a therapist, I help clients whose moods hijack their lives & negatively impact their relationships, career and body. If you experience overwhelming emotions that stick around too long, have imbalanced thinking, cope poorly with your emotions & stress, have unstable/unhealthy relationships, low self esteem and an unstable sense of self, I can help. As a coach, I work with women bosses who despite all their success have one area of their lives where they feel they have lost their way, lost control, and lost touch with their true selves and their inner knowing (coaching fees are $ 200/60 minute session, therapy $ 170/60 minute).
With my help in therapy, you can take control of your mind, get into the driver's seat of your emotions, cope effectively, get and keep healthy relationships and build a solid sense of self. With my help as a coach, you can find your way by becoming your own authority, be more of who you are and create genuine success by connecting to your true self.

My intention first and foremost is to bring a presence and create a space where you are met, heard, seen and felt in order for you to relax into healing, change, growth and success.
