I am here to provide you with a non judgmental space where you can feel comfortable and safe to discuss your challenges. If you are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions and/or grief, you do not have to go through that alone.
I use use a mix of approaches such as cognitive behavioral and person centered approach. I really believe that clients are the experts of their own body and so, I try to tailor my approach to what the client needs. I offer insurance receipts for Naturopathy and offer services in French and Spanish for people who struggle to speak French or English.
