We serve adults, children, youth, couples, and families seeking culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Many come to us feeling overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, identity stress, workplace challenges, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the impact of systemic harm. We also support high-trauma clients, Veterans, and those involved in family or legal processes. Our team helps clients move forward through relational, evidence-based care that honours culture, lived experience, safety, and practical healing.
We offer trauma therapy, psychological services, assessments, and consultation through a decolonizing, culturally responsive lens. Services include EMDR, CBT, CPT, PET, parent coordination, harm assessments, Hear the Child assessments, reunification support, MVA-related support, and care for individuals, couples, families, Veterans, and high-trauma clients.
