My goal is to provide people with a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment. I want to encourage people to have autonomy over their lives and the decisions they make. I feel that my personality allows me to easily and quickly, form strong therapeutic relationships. I am energetic, creative and flexible, making it easy to work with younger children as well as adults.
I have a lot of experience working with people who experience different forms of emotional dysregulation, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Behavioral Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Depression and more. I have extensive experience with behavior modification planning, goal setting and the development of strategies.
I understand that we are all different, and that we all approach situations differently, and I look forward to helping you attain your goals. I can be an ear to listen, and maybe the push you need, to start living the life you want to be living. I am passionate about working with all communities and ages.
