About
Hello, feel free to browse below and contact me with questions. I am a Ph.D. Registered Psychotherapist practicing at, and directing, a quaint Psychotherapy Center in Ottawa’s downtown core. I see myself make the most meaningful contributions in Crisis & Trauma, work that first called me to the profession over a decade ago, and with advancing Self-Growth & Self-Development through emotional, relational, professional, somatic, spiritual, or sexual focus. I use proven techniques to manage difficulties in the now, while promoting growth overall. I also research, teach & train so that I, too, can continue to grow.
Specialities: mood, anxiety, emotions, ADHD; couple, family, relational; work & career; healing past, sexual assault, childhood abuse/neglect; self-relationship, intimacy/authenticity; meaning & purpose, mortality, connectedness; grief, bereavement, chronic illness, parenting sick child; women's issues, queer experiences; yoga & martial art-informed therapy.
Our centre includes Registered Psychotherapists and qualifying and/or certifying clinicians. All of our team members are united in our mission to provide meaningful and effective, highly connected, human therapy services. We are currently accepting new clients for Ph.D.-level and M.A.-level interns working under my supervision & offering low-cost services.
