As the founder of BIPOC Healing and Wellness Centre, I specialize in healing from racism, racial trauma & racial grief. BIPOC Grief Therapeutic & Support Group
BIPOC Healing and Wellness Centre is running a BIPOC Grief Therapeutic and Support Group facilitated by therapists of colour. You will learn culturally-informed information about grief and loss, explore your beliefs and values, process your experiences, find healing in a safe environment, and utilize community care for healing through building connections and authentic relationships. You will experience being represented and witnessed in your grief. We utilize anti-racist, decolonizing and intersectional feminist therapy that is tailored for BIPOC grief.
