I am trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (HNLP), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). My skills are supportive for those who have experienced trauma and toxic stress in their life.
