We are a group practice born out of the desire to support the 2SLGBTQ+ community and, in particular, to provide gender-affirming therapeutic care. We are proud to be a connected and committed team competent in serving the needs of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and their allies, through the integration of professional and lived experience.
We work with individuals (ages 10+) who are arriving to therapy with a desire to explore questions and concerns related to (but not exclusively): anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and attachment, self-esteem, stress, grief, anger, identity, academic stress, ADHD and neurodivergence, chronic pain and illness, and life transitions.
Our approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and honouring of the courage inherent in reaching out. We work with each client to co-create an environment of safety and self-compassion, and endeavour to empower each individual to share their story. We are firm believers in the importance of the relational work in therapy.
