Hope is hard to hold when the waves of life are crashing over you. But without hope, we lose our anchor, we go adrift, and we can struggle to stay afloat. My role as therapist is to provide that support, to hold hope for you in those chaotic moments and help bring calm to stormy waters. Our work is about re-orienting and re-energizing you so you can chart a course for your ideal life.
Therapy sessions at Red Cardinal Counselling are personalized to meet your unique needs and goals. I offer individual therapy sessions for those aged 13 and over. Sessions are available both virtually and in person in Midland, Ontario. I specialize in work with teenagers and parents, as well in the treatment of trauma.
Over the years, I've developed an extensive therapy "toolbox". I am trained in a variety of different therapies and can support you with reprocessing difficult memories, diving deep through the wisdom of the body, investigate habitual thought patterns, or finding your voice through expressive arts.
