I specialize in supporting adolescents and emerging adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions. Using a trauma-informed, person-centred, and integrative approach, I offer a calm, supportive space to build insight, resilience, and coping skills at a pace that feels safe.
Healing is not about being “fixed.” It is about feeling more grounded, confident, and able to move forward in ways that align with who you are and what matters to you — a coming back to who you truly are.
