As a neurodivergent counsellor, I value authenticity and provide a space where you can fully be yourself. While counselling can be challenging, it also can be deeply nourishing. I have had many sessions where kids do not want to leave the counselling office after an hour of sand tray, slime or creative processing.
I ensure to check in each session on how I can best support you with consent and collaboration each step of the way. I feel honoured to work alongside people during challenging and emotional moments in their lives, and the privilege to witness growth and celebrate the awesomeness of each client.
