I am a registered clinical counsellor as well as a registered acupuncturist, providing a safe, accepting space for people to explore what is at the root of complex emotions like stress, anxiety, anger, and grief, which may be obscuring their experience of joy and fulfillment in life. I believe that self compassion and the cultivation of self awareness are keys to making changes to relationship with self and others and it's through this awareness, life can open to more possibilities. Together, through a gentle therapeutic process, we can find a path forward towards living with more ease and purpose.

I work in many modalities including offering the option of auricular acupuncture during counselling sessions. The combination of counselling and acupuncture is a powerful and effective way to regulate and calm the nervous system, helping clients find their inner resources through awareness and self inquiry.

Life can feel overwhelming when we are having conflicts and that's when difficult emotions can come up. I bring compassion and caring and lightness of heart to my work so people feel seen and heard.
