I am Rebecca, privileged to walk alongside people struggling and distressed psychologically, mentally, and relationally due to life challenges, traumatic experiences, and difficulties in their life transitions. I have experience in clinical counselling with culturally diverse populations, aged from 20 to 60, individuals, and couples suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger issue, abuse, suicidal thought, relational conflict, family crisis, and stress of life transitioning.
My clinical counselling practice is client-centered, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, age-appropriate, strength-based, and goal-oriented, integrated into building a therapeutic relationship and carried out in each stage of the therapy course. I deeply believe that everyone possesses tremendous strength and potential for healing and thriving!
