I also provide Expansion Brainspotting, which works to alleviate profound suffering, and strengthen self-worth along with desired states of being such as freedom, peace, and joy.
Evolving from EMDR, Brainspotting is a powerful approach designed to access and process emotional and psychological experiences that are deeply rooted in your brain & body. Brainspotting is not talk therapy; healing doesn’t occur through verbal processing, but rather, through mindfulness and a deeper connection to your body for deep lasting transformation.
Beyond weekly sessions, I also offer Brainspotting Intensives: extended-length sessions designed to support your preferred schedule and timeline for your treatment goals.
