I’m honoured your journey led you here. Hi, I’m Rebecca! For over a decade, I’ve supported adults with anxiety, OCD, self-esteem concerns, and repeating relationship patterns such as fear of intimacy, abandonment wounds, people-pleasing, and relationship anxiety. I offer Insight-Driven Depth Therapy — an individual, trauma-informed approach that builds emotional insight and explores the unconscious roots of what you’re experiencing, helping you shift long-standing patterns and develop a calmer, more secure sense of self — especially in relationship with yourself and others.

This work is especially supportive if you feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, stuck in old patterns, or struggle to feel safe and grounded. Our work focuses on healing attachment wounds and rebuilding inner safety, especially if you’re used to being the strong one or the helper.

Sessions may include exploring present-day challenges, early life experiences, personality patterns (such as Enneagram insights), dream material, and the emotional themes shaping your inner world — always at a pace that supports safety, choice, and nervous system regulation.
