I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with a passion for supporting clients struggling with various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, autism, eating disorders, BPD, grief, addictions, breakups, and many others. I also have a particular interest in supporting people struggling with chronic health issues and cancer.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), among other modalities.
When working with clients I use a client-centered, non-judgemental approach to create a safe space for my clients to discuss their concerns. I collaborate with clients to identify treatment goals and use evidence-based treatment approaches to help clients achieve their goals and build a meaningful life worth living.
