I work with adults who experience a wide range of psychological and health related concerns. Some of these issues include addiction, body image, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, chronic health conditions, disease management, and self-esteem.
I value using an integrated approach when working through the complexities that life brings. This includes cognitive and behavioural methodologies such as DBT and ACT in conjunction with EFT, IFS, and ART. I utilize Gottman Method with couples. I am trained in providing SAP and SAE assessments for work related substance use concerns.
