I consider it an incredible privilege to have people share their lives and experiences with me—it is something I never want to take for granted. Every client I work with teaches me something new, and I’m truly better for having known them. I have training in Play Therapy as well as specialized training in Neuro Afforming Play therapy. I work best with children (ages 6-12), teens, adults and families.
My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, built on the belief that every individual has inherent worth and value. I work from an Attachment based lens grounded in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) work.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and accepted. I am honored to walk alongside each person as they navigate life’s challenges, explore meaningful change, and take steps toward healing and growth.
