Hello and thanks for visiting my profile! Along with individual therapy & couples counselling, I am strongly committed to my work with adults living with ADHD. My practice is guided by compassion, openness and grounding while supporting you on your healing journey.
You may feel anxiety, sadness, anger or numbness. I see a diverse group of individuals and couples working towards change and growth. With a foundation in attachment theory and mindfulness, I use narrative, psychodynamic, expressive, and strength-based therapies.
My practice is anti-oppressive, allied with body positivity, queer justice and racial justice. As a former pianist and art history major, creativity and expression are central to my approach. Let's begin! :-)
